You Have to Come to Road & Track’s Performance Car of the Year Four-Day Rally Celebration

By | September 7, 2019

What are you doing October 17-20th? Nothing? Good. Road & Track is holding our first-ever Hudson Quattrocento, a four-day motoring event that takes you and your car through four days of extraordinary experiences through the Hudson Valley and Berkshire Mountains. There will be hot laps in Performance Car of the Year finalists at Lime Rock Park, world-class meals, and five-star hotel accommodations. You should come.

The event kicks off at the Tappan Hill Mansion in Tarrytown, NY, where you and a select few other guests will be joined by hosts Road & Track editor-in-chief Travis Okulski and chief brand officer Eddie Alterman for a kick-off meeting over brunch. From there, you’ll go skeet shooting at the Orvis Sandanona retreat in Millbrook, NY, before heading to dinner at our first hotel of the trip, Troutbeck in Amenia, NY.

Day two kicks off with breakfast at Troutbeck. From there, you’ll head straight to Lime Rock Park in Lakeville, CT to do hot laps in finalist cars from our annual Performance Car of the Year test. After that, you’ll head to Blantyre, a resort in Lenox, MA for awards from the day on track and dinner. During dinner, EIC Travis Okulski will be holding a discussion with Indy 500 winner Alexander Rossi. The day concludes at Cranwell Resort, also in Lenox.

Day three is all about leisure, kicking off breakfast at Cranwell before heading to Canyon Ranch, a wellness resort that focuses on total relaxation. We’ll eat dinner and stay the night there, before waking up for day four to a breakfast to round out the event.
